Daily Five Must Have Foods

Dr. Manny Alvares, Fox Health Managing Editor and author of the book "The Checklist", emphasized 5 important daily foods that we need to have in our body.
Vitamins is not necessary if the following are part of our daily diet:
  1. Whole grains: At least 3 servings of any variety are very important because of its fiber content.
  2. Dark- green leafy vegetables
  3. Nuts & seeds
  4. Low-fat yogurt milk
  5. Tea (especially green tea), 4 cups a day. They are full of antioxidants
