It's been quite a while since I've posted the awards bestowed on yours truly. I sincerely thank my friends who never forgotten to honor me with these beautiful awards even in times of indolence and procrastination, LOL.

Lovely Awards From David Funk Part 1

I owe this friendly blogger so much! He has me as one of the recipients for every award he gets and yet I haven't posted any of it until now. Oh well, I have made a promise to have them posted all at once. No dilly-dallying this time! 

Thank you for these awesome awards, David!  I will have them presented in two parts though. 

First on the list is the Sportsmanship Award. This award was created by David himself to recognize excellence in blogging. He has annually named a Blog of Courage Award Winner every year snce 2006.  Well, it came as no surprise to me at all. The man himself is a sports enthusiast and a huge wrestling fanatic! That explains it all, LOL! 

WBE Sportsmanship Award is given to ANY blogger for showing the following qualities:

Kindness to all bloggers

Courtesy to others

Respects the opinions of bloggers

Displays a sportsman-like attitude

Addresses and debates any topic with professionalism

Motivates or supports other bloggers

WHY AND HOW I LIKE THEM: I love them because of the famous never-say-die spirit! If you have been frequenting my blogs, I have talked about them in more than one occasion. 

Second award is the Brigaderio Award. 

Brigaderio is a popular Brazilian chocolate candy and David is such a sweet guy for thinking of me. 

Next is a Friendship Award which  represents friendship and love. It was awarded to David by my co-worker, Star. I am sure not too many of you are aware that Star and I see each other everyday at work. When you hear the two of us talking, you definitely will hear a lot of blogging stuffs as topic, LOL! 

And last but definitely not the least, David actually hearts my blog! Isn't that great?

Certified Queen of Blogs!

When Marzie of Mariuca's Perfume Gallery had me as one of the recipients of the Certified Queen of Blogs award, I can't help myself from gushing! In fact, I took a second look if indeed it was my name that was written. And yes, it was! Coming from the certified queen of blogs herself, I find it too hard to believe! The award made me feel I am 10 feet taller, hahaha! Now being a queen is no longer just a dream.

I feel so honored being acknowledged in this fashion. Being recognized as someone who has inspired another blogger and that in one way or the other, I have made another blogger better as a person made me think that the long hours I have spent in blogging is all worth it! You see, I spend almost ALL my spare time blogging. This is the only thing I know as a hobby. My blogs have become my babies and having wonderful people to help me look after and take care of my babies gives me such a wonderful feeling! Blogging has brought me so much joy and  inspiration and I cherish each and every moment.

Wonderful Weekend Awards!

Hey guys! It's awards time yet again! I tried to post the awards I got over the past week but it wasn't possible yesterday because there was an outage here for 5 hours.  My dilated eyes also prevented  me from doing so. I truly apologize for the delayed posting...

My heart is overflowing with joy because my blogger friends never forgets to include me in their list of recipients. I do hope I truly deserve all these awards ;-)

Your Blog is Fabulous!

I wanted to brag that this blog, Our Journey to Forever, has been the recipient of a lovely award. Well, I hope the person who awarded me this isn't too biased in choosing my blog. I hope I didn't came to mind just because we're blood-related, haha! Nevertheless, biased or not, this award is highy appreciated.

3. Ebaying- Last week, I was able to purchase 7 different kinds of lovely dresses.

4. Blogging- I can feel the frustration even more when this addiction of mine isn't satisfied. My own ISP gave me a hard time since yesterday. I can not even browse my own site nor publish a single post! Grrrrr! Good thing everything is back to normal now ;-)

Second Best Filipino Blog of the Week

Landing the second top spot for Week 92 in the most coveted Filipino Blog of the Week is more than enough for me. Being a nominee for 2-long weeks, I sincerely appreciate the friends who regularly casted their votes everyday. Some even went as fas as campaigned for me like Twerlyn, Michelle and my cousin Sam Suco, just to name a few. I couldn't thank them enough for their overwhelming support. I certainly owe you one!

The first time I learned of the nomination for week 91, I was prompted to write THIS. I landed the third spot way back then. Week 92 came and ended with me bagging the second top position. For week 93, the Composed Gentlemen and his jurors nominated me once again for the third time. I would like to express that due to some reasons I can not disclose in public, I am BACKING OUT as a nominee for Week 93. Getting the second top spot position is more than enough for me. I garnered the second highest votes given the fact that not all Filipino households have internet connection. I think I am the lone nominee that is based here in the Philippines. And that is enough consolation for me. More than the award, I value so much the friendships that has evolved while the poll was going on. I've met a few friends and I feel very happy for always having them around.

There are other blogs that is more deserving to get noticed. Jessie, Jennie, Mhel, Juliana, and Joliber are the only few blogs that come to mind. I so believe in their writing prowess. They are more than worthy to be there in the list of the nominees and they deserve to get some recognition for their passion in blogging which is evident in their respective pages.

Once again, thank you for your votes of confidence and for taking time to take a peek in my page. I am always glad to have you around here!
