Baking Class Experience

I enrolled in Baking Class at a Tesda-operated school sometime in September. My ultimate purpose was to learn on how to prepare and present gateaux, tortes, cakes and how to present desserts. After finishing my training in cooking class, baking is a lot easier to prepare but the preparation in itself is critical. It is in the preparation of ingredients were the output will depend upon. It should be exact and the time and temperature also have vital roles to play. There were times where we got disappointed. Some of our outputs didn’t came out as good as expected. But as a whole, in the entire duration of our class, we have learned a whole lot.
