Miss Universe 2008 Will Be Aired Over ABS-CBN , Pageant Winners, Results & Updates Will Unfold on July 14

The culmination night for Miss Universe 2008 is fast approaching. The 80 candidates from different countries all over the world just recently had a swim wear photo shoot at the Amphitheatre of Vinpearl Resort, Hon Tre Island, Nha Trang. Clad only in their skimpy two-piece swim wear, all eyes were on these stunning beauties especially the judges who absolutely had a hard time choosing from among the beautiful women for the Best in Swim Wear title.

But only one lucky girl stood out from among the rest. Miss Mexico bagged the said title which made her $ 2, 000 richer plus a trophy. Riyo Mori, the reigning Miss Universe will turn over her crown on July 14, during the Miss Universe coronation night. Just to update you a little of our very own Miss Philippines, Jennifer Barrientos, while all candidates were presented to the press, she wore a sash which was misspelled "Phillipines" instead of "Philippines". It took the organizers 4 days to rectify the error.
