I was brought up believing that "early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise". But really now, in our present times, this is not possible. There's just too many distractions which neither makes it easy to go to bed early nor to rise early too.
Health is always facing the brunt of lack of physical exercise. We zip back and forth in automobiles and use every possible device that would lessen muscular tiredness. There is hardly time after each workday to do some physical workout.
Thanks to the availability of fitness equipment it has now become possible to keep to a regular physical exercise routine. This may be done at a gym on the way home from work or even at home.
