With the present economic crisis the world is facing, retrenchment here and there is the common scenario for many countries. My heart goes out to the Overseas Filipino Wokers who were left with no choice but go home because the companies they have rendered their services on had closed down.
Some OFW's didn't lose hope. A good number of them started out a business. Some involved themselves in small and medium enterprises and got very lucky! Now I wonder if commercial real estate would work here in the Philippines. It would be of great help to a huge help of unemployed Filipinos.
